My Next Home

I'd put a house right here if I could.  This farm is in Kentucky.  It was nice to be reminded of how things can be simple and calm.  I think I was born in the wrong century.

A Smile Goes a Long Way With Me

Such sweetness seeing the interactions between parents and their babies.
One of the best things about being a photographer is getting to be a part of moments like these.

Creek Play

This picture is worth a thousand words to me.  Making memories with each step.

I am in love with this picture.  Being a mom of multiples, a different layer of love and emotion is brought to life that you never knew before!  Seeing siblings interact with one another in those sweet and sometimes few moments, they are cherished to carry you through the tough ones!  This is an image from the Baker family session taken in Suwanee, GA on a spring day.  Yes, I tested the water first, and it is very cold, but that didn't stop Norah and Micah.  :)

How super cute is this superhero?  Love this image and wanted to share.  Hayden came to the studio last week.  He is so very playful and full of smiles.  Gorgeous eyes, too.  My first born is a girl.  Four years later I had my first boy.  Let me tell you, it took having one to really appreciate boys.  I never thought that a boy could warm my heart as much as a girl.  Man, was I very wrong.  Boys can be sweeter at times.  And that's no lie! Hayden's spirit reminds me of my four-year-old, Aiden.

Let's Do 52: Week 2

This week's theme is all in a row. The point of this entire project is to capture lifestyle moments. I did not want to set up a picture lining random things up in a row. I am glad that Aiden decided to line up his cars along the bath tub one evening this week. How perfect! I ran to grab my camera and snapped the photo before they knocked them in the water.

Let's Do 52

I am participating in PTM's Let's Do 52 Project.  This week's theme is evening ritual.  My entry for this is a picture I took just after bath time.  The new thing the kids like to do is climb on the headboard and jump onto the bed one at at time.  Well, it's supposed to go that way but could be up to two at a time or even three..ok, four at the max.
